Fist things first. You need a place to work. And the kitchen or dining room table will not suffice. You need a place that is out of the way, quiet, and private. This is one of the biggest obstacles to overcome when starting a work at home business.
You have kids, spouse, pets and all other sorts of distractions. But you have to remember, if you want this business venture to work then you have to treat it as such. That means, you have to “go to work” and all your loved ones need to understand this. It will be hard at first but once the routine is in place everything and everyone will be fine, especially once the checks start rolling in.
